By accessing and using ExamWill ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use ExamWill.

ExamWill provides an online exam preparation platform that includes: test series for various government and competitive examinations; daily current affairs articles; daily practice quizzes; government job notifications and updates; video lectures and study materials.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these terms.

Certain test series and premium content on ExamWill require payment. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. ExamWill does not store your credit/debit card details or banking information.

Once a purchase is completed, access to the purchased test series is granted for the validity period specified at the time of purchase.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the test series content has been accessed.

Refunds will not be granted after the 7-day window, or if a significant portion of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact us at support@examwill.com with your order details.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

All content on ExamWill — including but not limited to questions, solutions, articles, videos, graphics, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of ExamWill or its content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from ExamWill without our prior written consent. Screenshots, screen recordings, or copying of test questions is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to: share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account; copy, distribute, or share any test questions, solutions, or study material from the Platform; use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Platform; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

ExamWill is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, test results, or services.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

ExamWill does not guarantee selection or success in any examination. Test series and study materials are preparation aids and should be used alongside other study methods.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamWill and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ExamWill in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
